Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to HSQ Studio.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Service

HSQ Studio provides custom digital artwork and portrait enhancement services using advanced design tools.
Each order is uniquely created for the client and delivered digitally.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including the misuse or reproduction of artwork without written consent.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment gateways.
Prices are displayed in your local currency where available.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Delivery

Digital artworks are typically delivered via email or a private download link.
Delivery times vary depending on complexity, but we aim to deliver within the estimated time provided at purchase.

5. Revisions

Minor revisions are included with each order to ensure satisfaction.
Major redesigns may require an additional fee.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Ownership & Copyright

All artworks created by HSQ Studio remain the intellectual property of HSQ Studio unless explicitly transferred.
Clients may use their purchased artworks for personal or commercial purposes, but re-selling or redistribution without consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

HSQ Studio is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by client inaction or late responses

  • Losses resulting from misuse of digital files

  • Any technical issues outside our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

من خلال دخولك إلى موقعنا أو طلبك لأي من خدماتنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة التالية.

1. الشروط العامة

يُدار هذا الموقع بواسطة HSQ Studio.
باستخدامك الموقع أو شراءك أي خدمة، فأنت توافق على الالتزام بالشروط المذكورة.
يحق لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويُعتبر استمرارك في استخدام الموقع موافقة على التعديلات.

2. الخدمة

نقدّم خدمات تصميم فني رقمي وتعديل صور احترافية مخصّصة لكل عميل.
يُحظر استخدام خدماتنا لأي غرض غير قانوني أو نسخ الأعمال دون إذن خطي مسبق.

3. الدفع

تُعالج جميع عمليات الدفع بشكل آمن عبر نظام Shopify.
الأسعار قابلة للتغيير في أي وقت، لكن الطلبات المؤكدة لا تتأثر.

4. التسليم

يتم تسليم الأعمال رقمياً عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو رابط خاص للتحميل.
مدة التسليم تعتمد على مستوى التعقيد، ونسعى دائماً لتسليم الطلب ضمن المدة المحددة عند الشراء.

5. التعديلات

يشمل كل طلب تعديلات بسيطة مجانية لضمان رضا العميل.
أما التعديلات الكبيرة فقد تتطلب رسومًا إضافية.
سياسة الاسترجاع تتبع سياسة الاسترجاع الخاصة بنا.

6. الملكية وحقوق النشر

جميع الأعمال المنفذة من قبل HSQ Studio تظل ملكاً فكرية للستوديو ما لم يتم نقلها رسميًا.
يُسمح باستخدامها للأغراض الشخصية أو التجارية، لكن يُمنع إعادة بيعها أو توزيعها دون إذن.

7. حدود المسؤولية

لا تتحمل HSQ Studio مسؤولية:

  • التأخيرات الناتجة عن عدم تفاعل العميل أو تأخره في الرد

  • الخسائر الناتجة عن إساءة استخدام الملفات

  • الأعطال التقنية الخارجة عن إرادتنا

حدّ المسؤولية الأقصى هو المبلغ المدفوع مقابل الخدمة فقط.
